**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand their requirements and provide solutions using MS Dynamics CRM.
- Design, develop, and implement customized CRM solutions to meet the organization's sales and marketing needs.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on CRM software usage.
- Perform data analysis and generate reports to track sales performance and customer trends.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with MS Dynamics CRM in a sales environment.
- Strong understanding of CRM workflows, configuration, and customization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. System Implementation: The MS Dynamics CRM(Sales) Consultant will be responsible for leading the implementation of the CRM system within the sales department. This includes understanding the sales team's requirements, developing a comprehensive implementation plan, and ensuring successful deployment of the system.

2. Customization and Configuration: Our consultant will be tasked with customizing and configuring the CRM system to align with the specific needs of the sales team. This includes creating and modifying entities, workflows, and dashboards to optimize the system for sales operations.

3. Training and Support: An important aspect of the role is providing training and support to the sales team. This involves conducting training sessions, creating user guides, and offering ongoing support to ensure that the team is proficient in using the CRM system.

4. Data Management: The consultant will be responsible for overseeing the management of sales data within the CRM system. This includes ensuring data integrity, creating reports and dashboards, and providing insights to support the sales team's performance.

5. System Maintenance: Our consultant will play a vital role in the ongoing maintenance and optimization of the CRM system. This involves troubleshooting issues, implementing updates, and continuously improving the system to meet the evolving needs of the sales department.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
