Job Title : MS Dynamics DeveloperExperience Required : 5+ yearsLocation : BangaloreJob Description :We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics Developer- to join our team. The ideal candidate will work directly with business clients to clarify requirements, present work progress, and make necessary adjustments based on feedback. The developer will be an expert in CRM configurations, customizations, and have a deep understanding of the Dynamics CRM architecture.Key Responsibilities :- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.- Develop, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.- Lead the low-level design and development of new features.- Implement - custom plugins, workflows, and integrations- using .NET and JavaScript.- Ensure best practices in CRM architecture, security, and scalability.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Dynamics CRM.- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers.Required Skills :- D365 & CRM Expertise : Strong experience in configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.- Development Skills : Proficiency in .NET, C#, JavaScript, and Power Platform.- CRM Architecture : Advanced understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM architecture and data models.- Integration & Customization : Experience with REST APIs, Power Automate, and third-party integrations.- Certification : At least two Microsoft Dynamics certifications.Preferred Qualifications :- Experience working with Azure services and DevOps pipelines .- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with stakeholders (ref:hirist.tech)
