- Having experience in MS Dynamics CRM Working on customization, integration, and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics CRM in the enterprise. Proficient with developing, deploying, customizing and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Should have experience in installing and deploying CRM Organizations. Should have experience in customizing and creating CRM entities. Should be able to understand and implement business workflows and processes. Should have experience in plugin/custom workflow activities using CRM SDK or plugin platforms. Should have knowledge in Microsoft .NET 3.5+ development using C#. Should have experience in integrating existing systems and services into the CRM architecture. Should be able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment. Proven communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders. Preferred Competency Requirements Experience with supporting Microsoft products (Power Apps, Power Platform, SQL Server, SharePoint, Lync). Preferred if worked on service module.
