**MAIN JOB PURPOSE**

As an Academic Coordinator
- Kindergarten one will be responsible for effective curriculum delivery, the achievement of departmental goals, learning outcomes and the meeting of targets and benchmarks. I will have to work towards the development of a positive work environment - one that is innovative and caters to student needs.

**Key Responsibility Area**:

- Effective curriculum planning and it’s delivery.
- Monitoring the planned curriculum on daily and weekly basis.
- Monitoring departmental goals and its growth.
- Defining learning outcomes of students at each level.
- Effective Remediation once the causative of lower performance is identified.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Masters Degree or equivalent, in academic field
- Minimum five years of teaching experience.

**2. Skills/abilities**:

- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Active team player and able to delegate and coordinate work
- Ability to anticipate school needs and develop both short-term and long-term academic goals

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
