English Language Instructor and Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced English language instructor who can design and deliver engaging lessons, as well as lead and manage academic or skill development projects.

Job Description:

This role involves teaching English to students, developing curriculum and assessments, and tracking student progress. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in English Education, Linguistics or a related field, and 2-3 years of experience in project management or leadership roles in academic environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • English Instruction: Design and deliver engaging English language lessons, develop curriculum and assessments, track and assess student progress, provide feedback and support for improvement.
  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage educational or skill development projects from initiation to completion, coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders, monitor project timelines, deliverables and budgets.
Qualifications:
  • Mandatory Qualifications: Master's Degree in English Education, Linguistics or a related field, 8 years of experience in English teaching preferably at higher secondary or college level, 2-3 years of experience in project management or leadership role in academic environments.
  • Desirable Qualifications: Certification in TESOL TEFL CELTA or equivalent, PMP PRINCE2 certification or formal training in project management, experience with donor-funded projects CSR initiatives or educational outreach programs.
