**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Planning and Implementation**:

- Develop, implement, and monitor the academic curriculum in line with school and educational board standards.
- Ensure lesson plans, teaching methodologies, and assessments align with academic goals.
- **Teacher Support and Development**:

- Mentor and support teachers in delivering quality education.
- Organize regular training sessions and workshops for faculty development.
- Monitor teaching effectiveness through classroom observations and feedback.
- **Student Performance and Assessment**:

- Analyze student performance data and implement strategies for improvement.
- Coordinate exams, evaluations, and assessments to maintain academic integrity.
- Identify and support students with academic challenges through intervention programs.
- **Parent and Stakeholder Communication**:

- Collaborate with parents to discuss student progress and address concerns.
- Serve as a liaison between faculty, students, and parents to ensure a cohesive learning environment.
- **Operational and Administrative Duties**:

- Prepare academic calendars, schedules, and timetables.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, procedures, and accreditation standards.
- Manage and maintain accurate academic records.
- **Innovation and Technology Integration**:

- Stay updated on educational trends and incorporate innovative practices.
- Promote the use of technology to enhance teaching and learning.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 3-5 years of teaching experience; prior leadership or coordination experience is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to mentor and motivate a team.
- Proficiency in educational technologies and tools.
