Kindergarten Coordinator

We're seeking a trustworthy and reliable professional to join our team as a Academic Coordinator You should contribute meaningfully to the improvement of the school and serve as a leading beacon for both faculty and students.

**MAIN JOB PURPOSE**

As an Academic Coordinators one will be responsible for effective curriculum delivery, the achievement of departmental goals, learning outcomes and the meeting of targets and benchmarks. I will have to work towards the development of a positive work environment - one that is innovative and caters to student needs

**Key Responsibility Area of Academic Coordinator**:

- Effective curriculum planning and it’s delivery.
- Monitoring the planned curriculum on daily and weekly basis.
- Monitoring departmental goals and its growth.
- Defining learning outcomes of students at each level.
- Meeting of targets and setting benchmarks by the teachers.
- Assist in enhancement of teacher competency and provide platform for professional growth.
- Manage orientation, training and workshops for latest appraisal in teaching pedagogies.
- Define Examination department as an active entity for assessment of student and teacher performance.
- Partner with Parents in enhancing the learners performance through regular involvement and feedback.
- Effective Remediation once the causative of lower performance is identified.
- Upgrade and provide various resources and agencies for getting insight by comparing academic results at national levels.
- Provide support and guidance to academic trainees.

Qualifications and Skills
- Educational qualifications:

- Masters Degree or equivalent, in academic field
- Minimum five years of teaching experience, preferably at Kindergarten level.
- Minimum five years of administrative experience
- Experience in other aspects of education, such as counseling, business, finance, curriculum planning, public relations, guidance counseling or learning

- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Capable of supporting the goals and mission of Sky World School through her personal philosophy
- Active team player and able to delegate and coordinate work
- Ability to anticipate school needs and develop both short-term and long-term academic goals

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Sky World School sector 21, Panchkula - 134112, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
