We are looking for a dedicated and experienced **Vice Principal** to join our leadership team and support the Principal in driving our vision for excellence in education.

Location -Panchkula, Haryana

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Principal in academic planning, curriculum implementation, and school administration.
- Monitor and enhance teaching and learning practices in line with CBSE norms and global standards.
- Lead and mentor faculty, coordinate staff development programs, and ensure high academic standards.
- Oversee student discipline, safety, and behavioral programs.
- Build strong communication channels with parents, staff, and the school management.
- Help organize school events, examinations, and co-curricular activities.
- Ensure compliance with CBSE regulations and school policies.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Master’s Degree in Education or relevant field (M.Ed./B.Ed. mandatory).
- Minimum 8-10 years of teaching experience, with at least 3-5 years in an academic leadership role.
- Thorough knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and educational best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and decision-making abilities.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
