**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets and expand the customer base.
- **Lead Generation**: Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and leveraging online platforms.
- **Customer Engagement**: Identify customer needs, present software solutions, and demonstrate product features and benefits to prospective clients.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Sales Process**: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, including negotiations and contract management.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and customer needs.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain deep knowledge of the company’s software products and services, and stay updated on new features and industry developments.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with business goals.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- **Customer Feedback**: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and enhance service delivery.
- **Travel**: Travel as required to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and participate in industry events.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 3-5 years of sales experience in the IT software industry.
- **Skills**:
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of software sales cycles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and present tailored software solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
