
Sales & Marketing Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and dealers
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the existing market presence
- Handle institutional, retail, and modern trade sales
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and trade events
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of orders
**Requirements**:
- **Minimum 6 years of sales and marketing experience in the stationery field**:
- Strong network within the stationery or FMCG sector
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of digital marketing is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
