**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Director in managing **daily schedules, client meetings, and follow-ups**.
- Handle **office administration tasks** including documentation, reporting, and updates.
- Coordinate and screen **new clients/business proposals** before presenting them to the Director.
- Maintain and update **business records, files, and presentations**.
- Support in preparing **business proposals, reports, and correspondence**.
- Ensure effective communication between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Provide end-to-end support in **business development and client relationship management**.

**Requirements**:

- MBA (mandatory).
- 0-2 years of experience in a similar role (freshers may apply).
- Excellent **written and verbal communication skills**.
- Strong **organizational and time-management skills**.
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)** and digital communication tools.
- Ability to handle **confidential information** with integrity.
- A proactive, flexible, and professional approach.
