Role Summary
We are looking for a smart, proactive, and presentable Personal Assistant to the CEO who will manage day-to-day activities of the CEOs office. The role requires excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to ensure smooth coordination with clients, internal team members, and external stakeholders.
The candidate should be comfortable representing the CEO in client interactions and accompanying him to client meetings when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEOs calendar, schedule, and appointments effectively.
- Handle client communication (emails, calls, follow-ups) in a professional manner.
- Coordinate and fix meetings, ensuring timely reminders and updates.
- Accompany the CEO for client visits/meetings, taking notes and ensuring follow-ups.
- Prepare minutes of meetings, notes, and action trackers.
- Act as a bridge between the CEO and the internal team for communication and task follow-ups.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assist in preparation of reports, presentations, and official correspondence.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Preferably female candidate, well-presented, and confident.
- Excellent communication skills (spoken & written English and Hindi).
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
- Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable with client interaction and travel for meetings with the CEO.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital communication tools.
- Minimum 24 years of relevant experience preferred.
Education & Experience
- Graduate/Post-Graduate in Business Administration, Communication, or related fields.
- Prior experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant is an advantage.
