
Customer Retention and Reorder Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer retention strategies to increase customer engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and proactively address customer complaints or issues
- Build strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to drive repeat business
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improving customer retention and reorder rates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotions to drive repeat business
- Provide regular reports to senior management on customer retention and reorder rates and identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for customer retention and loyalty programs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to customer retention and reorder programs
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in customer retention and reorder in the Modular Kitchen and Wardrobes Industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
