Export Sales Executive for Double Edge Razor Blade

**Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Market Development**
- Develop and execute export sales strategies for Double Edge Razor Blades.
- Identify and establish new distributors, agents, and importers in target markets (Africa, Middle East, Asia, Latin America, etc.).
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contractual conditions with overseas clients.
- Analyze competitor activity and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
**2. Customer Management**
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients.
- Respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on offers and samples.
- Ensure timely communication with customers regarding order status, shipment schedules, and documentation.
**3. Order Execution & Coordination**
- Coordinate with **production, quality control, and logistics** teams for timely dispatch of goods.
- Prepare and review **export documentation** (Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, COC, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with **HS codes, export norms, and destination country regulations.**:
- Monitor order progress from PO receipt to final shipment and payment realization.
**4. Target Achievement & Reporting**
- Achieve assigned export sales targets and profitability goals.
- Maintain customer databases, sales reports, and market intelligence data.
- Submit regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
**5. Product & Technical Knowledge**
- Develop thorough knowledge of Double Edge Razor Blade specifications, grades, and packaging standards.
- Coordinate with the technical team to address client-specific requirements or customization.
- Ensure product certification and labeling as per importing country standards.
