Telecaller Sales Executive

We are an export-focused spice trading company dedicated to delivering authentic, high-quality spices to international markets. We are looking for a motivated professional to help us connect with potential buyers and grow our global presence.
**Role Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
- Introduce and promote our spice products to generate interest and sales leads.
- Understand client requirements and share them with management for follow-up.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and client interactions.
- Assist in explaining basic export terms (shipping, documentation, payments, etc.) to clients.
- Coordinate with the sales/export team for closures.
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience in **telecalling, telesales, or inside sales** (1-3 years preferred).
- Exposure to **export/import business** or willingness to learn quickly.
- Should have knowledge on export and shipping terminilogies and work pattern.
- Strong communication skills in **English**.
- Confidence in handling client queries on calls.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel).
- Self-motivated, persuasive, and result-oriented.
**Good to Have**
- Experience in **FMCG, food, or spice industry**.
- Ability to independently generate leads and build client relationships.
**Compensation**
- Salary in the range of **₹0.60 - ₹1.20 LPA**, based on experience.
- Increment based on performance/tenure with the company.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: ₹5,493.71 - ₹10,793.09 per month
Expected hours: 15 per week
