**Role Description**

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Import Export Specialist at Ratan Ancillaries. The Import Export Specialist will be responsible for managing the import and export operations, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and international trade laws. The specialist will handle documentation, coordinate with suppliers and customers, process shipments, and monitor inventory. Responsible for Pre & Post Documentation, preparing export invoice, packing list, tracking shipment, letter of credit, coordination with overseas buyer, CHA, freight forwarders & shipping agents regarding shipment. Keep track of remittances received and provide settlement instructions to bank invoice wise.

Excellent knowledge in MIS and keep update the pending issues. Coordinating with forwarders for shipment movement. This role is primarily located in Ajmer and offers flexibility for some remote work.

**Qualifications**
- Must Have an Experience of 4+ years
- Customs Brokerage and International Trade skills
- Experience in Import and Export operations
- Knowledge of Import Export regulations and compliance
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, International Trade, or related field

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
