**Who are we looking for?**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with Business operations manager to understand the processes and help in business analytics.
- Take ownership of increasing cash in bank by timely fee collection.
- Define new processes to smoothen the cash inflow.
- Continuously coordinate with enrolled students for fee collection and ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Coordinate with the Accounts and MIS team to ensure the accuracy of financial records and reports.
- Coordinate with Academic Partners for day-to-day actions and requirements around enrolled students.
- Coordinate with NBFC and other loan partners to file, process, document collection and disbursement of loans.
- Work closely with the Sales Head and Management for strategy planning and execution.
- Coordinate with the Academic operations team to decide about the study access to students and ensure smooth delivery of courses.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with the education sector and financial operations is preferred.
