Overview:

The Senior Operations Executive will oversee end-to-end operations — from inventory management and order processing to logistics coordination and vendor management. You will ensure smooth execution of daily warehousing and shipping tasks while optimizing processes for scalability and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warehouse Management:
  • Supervise daily inbound and outbound operations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels in Zoho Books/Inventory or similar ERP systems.
  • Monitor stock movements, dispatches, and replenishments.
  • Logistics & Shipping:
  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments (via courier, freight, and cargo).
  • Ensure accurate documentation for customs clearance, invoices, and end-use declarations.
  • Manage relationships with logistics partners and shipping vendors.
  • Procurement & Vendor Coordination:
  • Handle supplier coordination for packaging materials, warehouse supplies, and logistics vendors.
  • Track purchase orders, GRNs, and landed cost allocations.
  • Process Optimization & Reporting:
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Generate operational and inventory reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and SOPs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
