**About the Role**

We’re seeking a proactive **Operations Intern** to support daily business and supply chain functions at **KOSAC**. This role is ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn the end-to-end flow of operations — from procurement to delivery.

As an Operations Intern, you’ll ensure the company’s supply chain runs smoothly by tracking processes, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and ensuring timely updates and execution. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to operational planning, logistics, and real-time decision-making.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee **daily operational activities** and ensure smooth coordination across departments.
- Monitor and **track supply chain processes** — from inventory to dispatch.
- Communicate with **vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners** for timely delivery and documentation.
- Maintain and **update operational records**, reports, and status trackers.
- Identify **inefficiencies** and suggest improvements.
- Support the operations team in planning, procurement, and quality checks.
- Ensure **real-time updates** to management on supply chain and operational status.

**Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing) in **Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or related fields**.
- Strong communication, organization, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Marathi Language
- Eagerness to understand end-to-end operations and supply chain workflows.
