**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Customer Onboarding Support
- Liaise with sales teams to understand customer requirements and onboarding needs
- Coordinate onboarding requests with external partners and financial institutions
- Track progress and ensure timely closure of onboarding activities
- Stakeholder Coordination & Communication
- Bridge communication between internal teams and external partners
- Address queries and support issue resolutions
- Assist sales and technical teams with onboarding concerns
- Process & Issue Management
- Monitor and track onboarding issues and enhancement requests
- Document process updates and support continuous improvement efforts
- Identify operational bottlenecks and help implement solutions
- Legal Documentation & Contract Management
- Support preparation and management of customer agreements
- Handle documentation tasks including stamping, tracking, and sending agreements
- Coordinate contract execution follow-ups and template changes when needed
**Qualifications**:
- Educational Background:_
- MBA (Fresher) or pursuing final semester
- Specialization in Operations, Finance, or General Management preferred
**Skills and Competencies**:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Proficient with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of business processes and operations
- Prior experience working with CRMs will be a plus
- Problem-solving attitude and analytical thinking
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration
- Eagerness to learn and take ownership of responsibilities
