We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated **Operations and Research Intern** to join our dynamic digital marketing team. This role combines operational excellence with research-driven insights, offering you the opportunity to contribute to smooth business processes while exploring market trends and competitor strategies. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Operational Support**:

- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing operational tasks to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Help maintain project timelines, track deliverables, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Support in updating and optimizing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

**Research & Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and emerging opportunities.
- Perform competitive analysis to benchmark our services and strategies against industry standards.
- Gather insights on the latest digital marketing tools, technologies, and best practices.
- **Data Management**:

- Organize, analyze, and present data related to marketing campaigns, audience engagement, and operational efficiency.
- Assist in creating reports and dashboards to monitor performance metrics and key insights.

**Process Optimization**:

- Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and improve team efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to implement process improvements.

**Collaboration & Coordination**:

- Work closely with the creative, content, and analytics teams to ensure alignment on deliverables.
- Coordinate with external vendors, freelancers, and partners as required.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Support quality checks for campaign deliverables, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Proactively flag and address potential issues in operations or research findings.

**Administrative Support**:

- Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and task tracking.
- Manage communication across internal teams and external stakeholders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹6,000.00 per month
