**About Us**

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Operations Intern** to join our team. As an Operations Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing and optimizing business operations. This internship will provide exposure to process management, logistics, and business efficiency. You will work closely with experienced professionals, contributing to our company's operational strategies while building a strong foundation for your career in operations management.

**Responsibilities**
- Aptitude for research, planning, and optimizing operational workflows.
- Maintaining an excellent awareness of business process trends and industry best practices.
- Assisting in process documentation and workflow management.
- Collaborating in brainstorming sessions, coming up with innovative ideas to improve operational efficiency.
- Supporting inventory management, procurement, and logistics coordination.
- Assisting in data analysis, generating reports, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
- Basic awareness about process automation and digital tools to improve efficiency.
- Supporting daily operational tasks, including administrative responsibilities, scheduling, and coordination.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** preferably in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Strong **analytical and problem-solving** skills.
- Quality command of the **English and Hindi language** for effective communication.

Familiarity with **data management tools** (Excel, Google Sheets) and operational software.
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced and dynamic** environment.
- Strong **organizational and multitasking** abilities.
- Basic understanding of **supply chain, logistics, or business operations** (preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship

Pay: Up to ₹5,000.00 per month
