**Operations Intern**

**About Us**:

We are looking for a detail-oriented **Operations Intern** to assist in streamlining business processes, preparing **Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)**, and managing documentation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating and maintaining **Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)** for various operational processes.
- Document workflows related to **smart home installations, customer support, and service operations**.
- Work closely with different departments to ensure **process efficiency and standardization**.
- Support in preparing **operational reports, checklists, and compliance documents**.
- Maintain an organized **repository of all operational documents**.

**Requirements**:

- **Pursuing or recently completed a degree** in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong **organizational and documentation skills**.
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite**, and documentation tools.
- Ability to create detailed and structured **SOPs and process guidelines**.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with teams.
