**Eligibility**: MBA students / recent graduates (Finance / Marketing / Operations)
**Employment Type**: Internship

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven **Intern** to join our team in Pune, supporting both **Recruitment** and **Finance Operations**. This is an exciting opportunity for MBA students with a specialization in **Finance, Marketing, or Operations** to gain practical, hands-on experience in the corporate world. You will work closely with the HR and Finance teams to streamline processes and contribute to the day-to-day operations of the organization.

**Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Operations**:

- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases.
- Assist in drafting offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
- Support campus hiring and internship drives.

**Finance Operations**:

- Assist in processing invoices, expense reimbursements, and vendor payments.
- Support in the preparation and reconciliation of financial records and reports.
- Help maintain accurate records of budgets, expenditures, and other financial data.
- Assist in payroll coordination and reporting.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams for operational and financial alignment.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- MBA pursuing or completed (specialization in **Finance / Marketing / Operations**).
- Strong interest in HR recruitment processes and financial operations.
- Good command over **MS Office** tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written **communication skills**.
- Strong organizational and **time management** skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Eagerness to learn and proactive attitude.
- Prior internship experience in HR or Finance is a plus but not mandatory.
