**Job Title**: Finance Intern
**Department**: Finance & Accounts
**Location**: Vikhroli, Mumbai
**Reporting To**: Associate Director - Finance & Accounts
**Duration**: 3 - 6 Months

**Purpose**:
To support the Finance team in ensuring accurate financial records, robust internal controls, and compliance with regulatory standards. This role offers practical exposure to key finance functions in a dynamic fintech setting, with active participation in both internal and external audit processes.

**Key Deliverables**:

- Assist in preparing financial reports, reconciliations, and monthly closings while ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.
- Support internal and statutory audits by organizing data, maintaining documentation, and coordinating responses to auditor queries.
- Participate in improving financial processes through automation tools, data analysis, and identifying opportunities for operational efficiency.
- Ensure financial data accuracy, maintain confidentiality, meet deadlines, and collaborate with internal teams for smooth finance operations.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
- Proficient in MS Excel; familiarity with Google Sheets, Tally, or accounting tools is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of financial statements, accounting principles, and audit processes.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with interest in fintech and digital finance.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
