Reports To: Cofounder

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Finance Operations Manager with a strong
background in NBFCs and digital lending to manage and optimize financial
accounts, worked closely with fintech platforms (like Razorpay, PayU, etc.), and
served as the critical bridge between customers and finance partners to deliver
seamless EMI financing options.

Key Responsibilities:

- Account Management:
Handle end-to-end operations of key B2B sales accounts and maintain strong client
relationships to ensure seamless financing experiences.
- Finance Partner Integration:
Lead the integration and operational setup with third-party finance players such as
Razorpay, PayU, Pine Labs, ZestMoney, etc., ensuring timely and accurate
processing.
- Customer Communication & Support:
Explain financing workflows, EMI schemes, and approval processes to clients and
B2B customers, acting as the go-to expert for all financing-related queries.
- Operational Bridge:
Liaise between finance partners, internal sales teams, and end customers to ensure
smooth EMI rollouts, faster disbursals, and quick issue resolution.
- Process Optimization:
Analyze and streamline current processes to improve turnaround time and reduce
friction in customer journeys for EMI and lending options.
- Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure all financial operations comply with regulatory norms and maintain proper
documentation and MIS for internal and external audits.
- Performance Monitoring:
Monitor partner SLAs, reconciliation, payment settlements, and transaction-level
performance of various finance partners.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
