Vendor Management & e-Stamp Procurement

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Intern to support our operations team in vendor coordination, e-stamp procurement, and basic data annotation activities. This internship offers hands-on exposure to operational processes and compliance-related activities within a fast-paced fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with external vendors for timely delivery of services and resolve operational queries.
  • Handle end-to-end e-stamp procurement, including documentation, follow-ups, and record-keeping.
  • Maintain trackers and databases to ensure smooth process flow and accurate documentation.
  • Support the team with basic data annotation and labelling tasks for internal projects.
  • Assist in process improvements and provide administrative support as required.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Management or Operations.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic documentation.
  • Ability to work independently, follow processes, and meet deadlines.
  • Interest in operations, compliance, or fintech domains is a plus.
