**Job Overview**:
The Marketing Operations Supervisor will oversee marketing operations, manage client relationships, and ensure seamless coordination between internal teams and clients. This role demands a mix of strategic thinking, operational efficiency, and relationship management to enhance client satisfaction and contribute to the company’s business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Relationship Management**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery of marketing projects.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and satisfaction.
- Understand client objectives and work with internal teams to deliver customised marketing solutions that align with their goals.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client engagement and expand business relationships.

**Marketing Operations & Campaign Management**:

- Plan, execute, and monitor digital and offline marketing campaigns to meet performance targets.
- Supervise marketing operations, including lead tracking, campaign scheduling, and reporting workflows.
- Collaborate with the sales, design, and content teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

**Team Supervision & Coordination**:

- Guide and support marketing executives and interns to ensure efficient execution of tasks.
- Foster a collaborative work environment to ensure seamless communication between departments.

**Data & Reporting**:

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign metrics.
- Analyse results and prepare performance reports for management and clients.
- Process Optimisation:

- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and productivity.

**Budget & Vendor Management**:

- Assist in managing marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement processes.

**CRM & Tools Management**:

- Maintain and update CRM databases, automation tools, and dashboards to ensure accurate reporting and transparency.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing operations, client servicing, or campaign management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM, Excel, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement.
- Proven leadership, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and marketing automation software (HubSpot, Zoho, etc., preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients in a fast-paced environment.
