**Job Title**: Supervisor

**Summary**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise a team of employees in the Operation Excellence department
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and drive continuous improvement
- Identify and address any issues or bottlenecks in operations
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the Operation Excellence department
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to drive operational improvements and achieve results
- Knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
