As an Operation Executive intern at twiLearn, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of our operations. This internship will provide you with valuable insights into the day-to-day workings of a dynamic and growing company in the education technology sector. You will work closely with our operations team to support and contribute to the efficient functioning of our organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in daily operational tasks and activities to ensure the smooth running of processes.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
- Provide support in data analysis and reporting to help in decision-making.
- Participate in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Contribute to process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Work on special projects and initiatives to enhance our operations.
- Assist in customer support and communication as needed.
