The Millet Company sells super-grains, rediscovers traditional farming techniques and brings a variety of naturally organic millets to your plate. It's a startup expanding into Millet products and its businesses, run by a small team working with different vendors, agents and clients and now looking to expand the team.

About the position:
We are looking for an Ecommerce Operations Intern to join our team. As an Ecommerce Operations Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of our e-commerce operations. You will be responsible for assisting in inventory management, product listing and catalog management, pricing calculations and changes, shipment management, issue resolution, and other related tasks.

**What you will be doing**:
As an intern, you will be working with our E-commerce Operations Executive

**Control the inventory levels on the all e-commerce platforms**:
Assisting in monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory levels across e-commerce platforms.

Learn to set up and manage low-stock alerts to prevent out-of-stock situations

Assist to monitor inventory levels and analyze demand patterns to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.

**Listings new products and Catalogue Management on all the platforms**:
Learn how to customize listings according to the requirements of each platform.

Assisting in creating compelling and accurate product listings for various e-commerce platforms

Learn how to improve Listing and Catalogues

Regular updating of keywords with proper research.

**Regular MRP & Selling Prices calculations and changes**:
Learn how to calculate Maximum Retail Price (MRP) and determine selling prices based on factors such as production costs, market demand, competition, and profit margins.

Ensure accurate and up-to-date pricing information across all platforms.

Get hands-on experience in pricing health, run deals and promotions.

**Create shipments for all the warehouses and manage all shipment-related work**:
Learn how to generate shipping labels and manage the shipment process for Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) and Shiprocket warehouses.

Assist to monitor shipment status, track packages, and resolve any shipment-related issues or delays.

Assist in coordinating with the logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of packaging materials.

**Raising tickets for all kind of issues issues and errors**:
Learn to identify and document technical issues or errors encountered on e-commerce platforms.

Raise tickets with the respective platforms support team or utilise designated ticketing systems.

Assist in providing detailed information, including screenshots or error messages, to facilitate prompt resolution.

Follow up on tickets regularly until the issues are resolved.

**Miscellaneous**:
Help the Executive to oversee the management and administration of the GS1 portal for product identification and barcoding.

Assist in new product listings on the GS1 portal, including accurate and up-to-date information on product attributes, packaging, and labelling.

Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to obtain and renew FSSAI licence and certifications.

**Note**:
**This internship will be of 3 to 6 months, with 1-month probation period. Depending on your performance, we might convert you into a full-time employee.**
