**About Company: -** Anduril Retail Pvt Ltd is a leading online seller of over 4000 products, mainly in lingerie and western wear range on national and global e-commerce marketplaces like Amazon / Flipkart / Mesho, Firstcry and many others and headquartered in Pune, Maharashtra.

**Position: -** **Ecommerce Operations Executive.**
**Experience**: 1 to 2 years

**Qualifications**: Any Graduate
**Gender**: Male.
**Vacancies**: 1.

**NOTE:

- Locals Preferred.**

**Responsibilities:

- **
- Processing Orders of all portals.
- Managing Inventory on Brown Tape.
- Processing Shipments - Amazon, Flipkart, Mesho etc.
- Generating Invoices.
- Attending to Customers calls and resolving their queries.
- Making cold calls to customers.
- Management the warehouse - Inventory.
- Good knowledge on Product Listing, Cataloguing, Keywords, Image Updating for Products on E-Commerce Portals and on Company Website.
- Keeping track of scheduled pickups.
- Product costing-Order finalization.
- Act as a trouble shooter for any and all the issues pertaining to daily operations.
- Ensuring that all the processes related to ecommerce operations are operating in smooth and timely manner at all times.

**Required Experience and Qualifications:

- Process-oriented and passion for details, finishing projects with a deadline, on time.
- Effective presentation of information and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, highly organized with clear and concise communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite of programs, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
