Roles and Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive online sales growth, increase market share, and enhance the overall online shopping experience.

2. Developing and supporting transparent and efficient systems for ecommerce & operation.

3. Oversee the design, functionality, and performance of the eCommerce website to ensure it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for conversions.

4. Manage the online product catalog, including product selection, product listing, pricing, descriptions, and imagery. Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information across all online channels.

4. Coordinate and oversee end-to-end logistics operations for e-commerce, including inbound and outbound logistics. Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, shipment, and delivery to meet customer expectations.

5. Coordinate with inventory management teams to ensure adequate stock levels, minimize stockouts, and optimize inventory turnover ratios.

6. Collaborate with logistics partners, carriers, and vendors to optimize transportation and distribution networks.

7. Develop and maintain MIS reports to provide insights into key operational metrics

8. Analyze data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

9. Monitor production schedules, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

10. Maintain accurate and real-time inventory records. Implement inventory control measures to prevent stock outs and overstock situations. Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to reconcile physical inventory with system records.

11. Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet established standards.

12. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards in ecommerce, logistics and supply chain operations.

13. Effectively handling projects that are assigned and managing them with all due responsibilities.

Skills Required
- Master of Business Administration
- Minimum 1+ Years of Experience in a similar role in the FMCG industry
- Good Computer Skills including knowledge of Excel and Google Forms
- Flexible and able to perform despite of tight scheduled
- Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- Must take initiative to complete task assigned

**Salary**: ₹1,20,000.00 - ₹2,50,000.00 per year
