**We are seeking Customer Executives to join our growing ID Medical team**:
With some work experience to your credit you will already have organisation and attention to detail expertise under your belt, but what we do is take that knowledge and use it to support you in enjoying a fulfilling** and rewarding without limits career. **We are seeking Customer Executives**, who are looking to use their excellent English language and customer facing skills to be the first point of telephone contact for a fast growing business:
**The Customer Executive delivers a critical service in our business** by**:

- Professionally answering calls and redirect callers to the appropriate person to resolve their queries
- Take messages and ensure that these are passed on swiftly to ensure we are responding professionally as a business

**What about you**:

- You will have excellent English language, written and verbal communication skills, able to effectively communicate with a range of different individuals.
- You will be looking to be well rewarded in return for your hard work and commitment
- You will have got some work experience preferably involving customer contact over the telephone potentially in a call centre and are looking to progress your career in a company which is capable of supporting your ambition to develop
- You enjoy speaking English, building relationships, enjoy administration and are looking to develop a career with regular customer contact
- Good problem solving skills
