**Job Title**: Customer Service Executive Outbound - International Voice Process **(Insurance: US Citizens)**

**Location**: City Vista, Kharadi

**Job Type**: Full-time

Our company is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic “Customer Service Executive: Inbound & Outbound” to join our international voice process team, specifically to handle insurance for US citizens. As a Customer Service Executive Outbound, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients based in the United States. You will be tasked with handling customer inquiries, providing service information.

**Responsibilities**:
Place outbound calls to US customers to provide information on insurance services

Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner

Record customer information and interactions in our system

Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Meet or exceed individual and team targets

Maintain a positive and professional demeanour at all times

**Requirements**:
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)

Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call centre or BPO environment

Knowledge of insurance services is a plus

Ability to multitask and handle multiple inquiries at once

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts, to accommodate US time zones

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

**Week Offs: Sat & Sun**

**Shift Time: 07:30pm - 04:30am**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
