Job Title: Customer Service Executive (Multiple Positions)

Location: Viman Nagar, Kharadi, Yerwada, Hinjewadi III (All locations are in Pune)

**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking dynamic and customer-centric individuals to join our team in various customer service positions. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer queries and providing them with timely and effective solutions. We have multiple positions available, including:
Collection Process Executive (Customer Service) - International Voice

Sr. Customer Service Executive (UK Post Pay)

Sr. Customer Service Executive (Vodafone) - NEW ZEALAND

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely resolution of issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data in our systems
- Meet daily and monthly targets as set by the company

**Requirements**:

- For Freshers: Excellent English communication skills are mandatory
- For Experienced: 6 months of international voice experience is mandatory
- Graduation is mandatory
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Good typing speed and computer proficiency
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Good interpersonal skills and customer orientation

**Salary**:

- For Freshers: 17,000 - 25,000 per month
- For Experienced: 28,000 - 40,000 per month
