**Customer Support Executive**

We are looking for a passionate and experienced individual to join us as a Customer Support Executive.

As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for handling queries of the customers and responding to their complaints in a professional manner.

In addition to this, you should possess good listening skills with the ability to complete the required tasks simultaneously.

**Responsibilities**
- Understanding the products and services provided by the company.
- Resolving customer complaints and queries.
- Providing detailed information to customers.
- Maintaining records future reference.
- Following up with customers for any further information.
- Taking feedback from the customers.
- Adhering to the company’s rules and regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding and working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management software.
- Phenomenal conflict-resolution skills.
- Good problem-solving abilities.
- A customer-oriented individual.
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
- Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
- A quick learner and exceptional ability to make decisions.

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
