**Job Profile:

- ** Customer Relationship Executive

**Basics**: Any Bachelors

**Experience (type of)**: 1-2 years experience as front office executive or Customer relationship executive.

**Specialized Knowledge**:Communication skills, Fluency in English, basic telephone etiquettes, team player, ability to work in dynamic situation, sensitive to customer needs, customer centric attitude, ability to grasp basic product knowledge and capable to address basic queries about the product / scheme / activities.

**Job Responsibility:

- **
- Collect database* of suspects / sales manager
- Follow-up with the customers / Sales team/ Manager
- At least 60-80 tele-out/day to be done
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly tele-in report and share the same with management
- Reminder's to the customer.
