
Office Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- **Cleaning & Maintenance**: Ensure the center is clean and well-maintained, including daily cleaning of rooms, furniture, and equipment.
- **Administrative Support**: Maintain proper documentation, organize files, and assist in managing accounts.
- **Client Coordination**: Handle calls, schedule appointments, and follow up with clients for reminders and feedback.
- **Basic Office Work**: Assist in purchasing office supplies, maintaining records, and supporting smooth operations of the center.
**Requirements**:
- Basic reading and writing skills in English & Malayalam.
- Ability to make phone calls and communicate professionally with clients.
- Organized, responsible, and willing to multitask.
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
**Work Schedule**:
- **Timing**: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
- **Days**: Monday to Saturday
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Fixed shift
Work Location: In person
