**Office Assistant**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with office organization and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and appointments for team members.
- Maintain office cleanliness and orderliness.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Provide general support to office staff and assist in various office functions as needed.
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by office management.

**Requirements**:

- Must hold a valid driving license.
- Prior experience as an office assistant or in an administrative role is a plus.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
