**Reports To**: Office Manager / Senior Management
**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform **general office administrative tasks** to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain and update **Excel spreadsheets, reports, and databases**.
- Assist in managing **inventory records, billing, and documentation**.
- Handle **data entry, filing, and maintaining office documents**.
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments as required.
- Assist in **basic accounting tasks** such as preparing invoices and payment follow-ups.
- Ensure the office is **well-organized and stocked with necessary supplies**.
- Support the team with **any other clerical and administrative duties** as assigned.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Minimum **High School Diploma / Degree** in any field.
- **1-2 years of experience** in an administrative or office support role.
- Basic knowledge of **MS Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Formulas, etc.)**.
- Good **communication and organizational skills**.
- Ability to **multi-task and handle office-related responsibilities efficiently**.
- Strong **attention to detail and accuracy**.
**Preferred Skills**
- Experience in handling **inventory and billing**.
- Knowledge of **basic accounting and record-keeping**.
- Ability to work **independently and as part of a team**.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
