
Office Assistant

We are looking for an organized and efficient Office Assistant to help manage daily administrative tasks in our office. The Office Assistant will play a key role in maintaining office operations by receiving and distributing communications, maintaining supplies and equipment, and providing professional support to clients and staff.
**Responsibilities**:
- Answer phones, route calls, and take messages.
- Assist with preparing for meetings and record keeping.
- Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner.
- Manage mail and correspondence (postal and electronic).
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Provide administrative support to other staff members as required.
- Handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an office assistant, office admin, or in another relevant administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-oriented approach with a high degree of professionalism.
Pay: ₹8,790.50 - ₹20,197.05 per month
