- Schedule and coordinate client meetings and consultations.
- Maintain a database of potential and existing clients.
- Manage office supplies, documentation, and filing systems.
- Assist in preparing project proposals, contracts, and invoices.
- Handle appointment scheduling, calendar management, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and update client and project records.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for procurement and project needs.
- Support the design team with research, material sourcing, and showroom coordination.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and assist in event planning.
- Assist in budget tracking, expense reports, and financial record-keeping.
- Coordinate with accounting for invoice processing and payments.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Proven experience in administrative or customer service roles (experience in an interior design firm is a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and administrative software.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Passion for interior design and a keen eye for details.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹27,722.06 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
