**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist at TRU Dwellings, located in Bengaluru. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for managing customer relations, providing exemplary customer service, sales, receptionist duties, and general administration. The Guest Relations Executive will ensure that all guests are greeted with professionalism and warmth and that their queries are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

**Qualifications**
- Strong Guest Relations skills, including the ability to manage customer concerns and build rapport with guests.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills, including active listening and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals
- Prior experience in Customer Service, Sales or a related field is desired
- Maintain a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Maintain and update inventory of the items issued to the reception area.
- Prior experience in the Real Estate/ Hospitality industry is a plus

**Experience - Fresher to 2 Yrs**

- 6 days(1 weekday Off)**
