We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern with a primary focus on recruitment to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process and to develop essential HR skills in a professional setting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Talent Sourcing**:

- **Screening and Shortlisting**:

- **Interview Coordination**:

- Assist in preparing interview materials and maintaining interview schedules.
- **Database Management**:

- Assist in managing recruitment metrics and generating reports on recruitment activities.
- **Onboarding Support**:

- Assist in the preparation of onboarding materials and the coordination of new hire orientation sessions.
- Support HR team with various administrative tasks related to the onboarding process.
- **Employer Branding**:

- Participate in initiatives to promote the company's employer brand and attract top talent.
- Assist in organizing and participating in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online recruitment tools is a plus.
