 Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.

 Identify the right platforms to post job vacancies.

 Update team with trends in the job market to shape recruitment strategies.

 Sourcing right profiles through effective usage of Internal Systems /Database, Job Portals, Postings and Networking within desired time frame.

. Shortlisting and scheduling interviews.

 Coordination of further selection process

 Salary Negotiation.

 Background verification.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
