- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- Minimum 3 years of healthcare recruiting experience/ International Recruitment Experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- **Willingness to work work in German shift **(1:30 pm - 10 pm in Winter & 12:30 to 9 in summer)
