Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter Trainee to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals starting their HR careers. As an HR Recruiter Trainee, you will support the recruitment process, learn best practices, and help identify top talent for various roles across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Post job openings on internal and external platforms.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Assist in employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.
• Participate in onboarding processes and documentation.
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or currently pursuing).
• Strong interest in HR and recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with job boards and social media platforms is a plus.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 per month
