**About the Role**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented **Recruiter** **Trainee** to join our team for a six-month internship. This role is ideal for MBA students or recent graduates in Human Resources who are eager to gain real-world experience and contribute to various HR functions in a dynamic and supportive environment.

**Key Responsibilities**-
Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.Assist in organizing employee engagement programs and HR initiatives.Help coordinate performance appraisals and internal surveys.
- Draft HR-related documents and internal communications.
Perform other administrative and support duties as assigned by the HR team.

**Requirements**:
**Preferred Qualifications**:
MBA in Human Resources.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Basic understanding of HR practices and principles.Proficiency in Google Workspace(Google - Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive, Slides)
- A self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

**Home Office Requirements**:
A dedicated workspace that is quiet and free from distractions.A laptop with **dual monitors** for enhanced productivity.
- **High-speed internet connection** with minimum speeds of:150 Mbps download9 Mbps uploadA **backup internet solution** (e.g., mobile hotspot) must be available.
- **
Reliable electricity supply** with a backup power source (e.g., inverter/UPS).

A **noise-cancelling headphone** ensures clear communication during calls and meetings.
