We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Trainee to join our Human Resources team . This internship offers an opportunity to learn core HR operations , including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance . The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills , excellent communication abilities , and a passion for creating a positive workplace culture . This role includes a three-month probation, with the potential for conversion to a permanent position based on performance evaluation. Assist in recruitment activities , including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Help in drafting job descriptions and posting job advertisements on relevant platforms. Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and performance data . Support performance evaluation processes by organizing feedback sessions and reports. Provide administrative support in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining HR files. Assist in asset management , tracking assigned office resources, and maintaining logs. Support the HR team in ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. Participate in training and development initiatives and help track attendance and progress. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field . Strong organizational and time-management skills . Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HR tools is a plus. Basic understanding of HR processes, labour laws, and compliance is preferred. 3 to 4 lac per annum upon conversion to a permanent employee.
